医院物资管理是医院医疗活动后勤保障的基础,如何提高各类物资管理的科学性和合理性,减少浪费和库存占用,优化物资管理流程,是医院后勤管理的一个重要课题。近年来,我院在如何规范物资管理,如何降低物资的使用成本方面做了不少工作,全院实行各种物资的统一采购、统一供应、统一管理、统一核算。通过这些工作的开展,浪费明显减少,物资周转率提高,占用医院的资金和过去相比也有所减少,节约了医院紧张的资金,医院经济效益进一步提高,收到良好的经济效益。
Hospital material management is the basis of logistics support for hospital medical activities. How to improve the scientificity and rationality of all kinds of materials management, reduce waste and inventory, and optimize material management process are important issues in hospital logistics management. In recent years, our hospital in how to regulate material management, how to reduce the cost of materials used to do a lot of work, the hospital implemented a unified procurement of various materials, unified supply, unified management, unified accounting.
