目的研究大鼠大脑中动脉(MCA)短暂闭塞后血脑屏障(BBB)通透性与脑毛细血管内皮细胞(BCECs)凋亡。方法大鼠MCA经腔内导入单线闭塞不同时间后再灌流24h,血管源性脑水肿(VBE)的程度用分光光度法测定Evans蓝(EB)渗出量评价,凋亡细胞用原位末端标记法观察。结果EB外渗量、凋亡的BCECs数显著高于对侧,随缺血时间的延长而增加,EB外渗量与凋亡的BCECs数显著相关。结论BCECs凋亡可能参与了VBE的形成机制
Objective To study the permeability of the blood-brain barrier (BBB) and the apoptosis of brain capillary endothelial cells (BCECs) after transient occlusion of the middle cerebral artery (MCA) in rats. Methods Rat MCA was subjected to single-line occlusion at different time points and then perfused for 24 hours. The degree of vasculogenic brain edema (VBE) was assessed by the spectrophotometric method for Evans blue (EB) exudation. Law observation. Results The amount of EB extravasation and the number of apoptotic BCECs were significantly higher than those on the opposite side, and increased with the prolongation of ischemic time. The amount of EB extravasation was significantly correlated with the number of apoptotic BCECs. Conclusion The apoptosis of BCECs may be involved in the formation of VBE
