针对采煤工作面的瓦斯抽采系统放水比较困难的现状,利用瓦斯气体和水的密度相差较大,水容易落到容器底部集聚的原理,同时采用安全原理中的冗余原理将自动放水器与人工放水器有机地结合在一起,研制出一种高负压情况下的气水分离装置,并在赵庄煤矿进行了现场试验,收到了良好的使用效果,试验结果表明:高负压气水分离装置可以提高了煤层瓦斯抽采效率,保障了工作面安全、高效生产。
