为提高复杂零件数控加工效率和质量,提出了一种简便的、快捷的、优化的设计方法。以凹形凸台高效率、高质量多轴数控加工为目标,结合企业生产实际,采用Cimatron专业加工模块进行设计,采用优化的数控加工工艺对零件进行多轴数控加工编程。实验结果表明该零件的加工质量达到了预期的加工要求,为复杂零件的数控加工提供了设计思路和方法,对其他类零件的数控加工方案具有重要的指导意义。
In order to improve the efficiency and quality of NC machining of complex parts, a simple, quick and optimized design method is proposed. With the goal of high-efficiency and high-quality multi-axis NC machining of concave bosses, the Cimatron professional processing module is designed according to the actual production of the enterprise, and the multi-axis CNC machining programming of the parts is carried out by adopting optimized CNC machining technology. The experimental results show that the processing quality of the part has met the expected processing requirements, provided the design ideas and methods for the NC machining of complex parts, and has important guiding significance for the CNC machining programs of other types of parts.
