[目的 ] 通过对受γ射线外照射小鼠骨髓、小肠和睾丸形态、肝组织化学发光、外周血象的改变 ,比较姜黄素、芦荟胶冻干粉和 PTC三种药物的抗放射线效果 ,并探讨其作用机理。 [方法 ] 放射源为6 0 Co,剂量率 146 .2 0c Gy/ min,全身照射 2 0 0 c Gy。照后 6 h眼球取血 ,测外周血象 ;活杀小鼠取肝脏制匀浆 ,做化学发光测定 ;取股骨、小肠和睾丸固定于甲醛溶液、包埋、切片行 HE染色 ,在光学显微镜下计数凋亡细胞。 [结果 ] (1)外周血淋巴细胞绝对值姜黄素组、PTC组显著高于照射对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,白细胞各组间无显著差异 ;(2 )化学发光值测定显示 ,姜黄素组、PTC组显著低于照射对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;(3)姜黄素组、PTC组和芦荟组小鼠骨髓、小肠和睾丸凋亡细胞数明显低于照射对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。 [结论 ] 三种药物对γ射线外照射损伤具有一定的防护作用。其中姜黄素和 PTC灌胃抗放效果更好
[Objective] To compare the anti-radiation effect of curcumin, aloe vera gel lyophilized powder and PTC three kinds of drugs through the changes of bone marrow, small intestine and testis morphology, liver tissue chemiluminescence, and peripheral blood of mice irradiated with γ-rays. Its mechanism of action. [Methods] The radiation source was 6 0 Co, the dose rate was 146.2 Gc/min, and the total body irradiation was 200 g Gy. After 6 hours, blood was taken from the eyeball to measure peripheral blood; live mice were killed and the liver was homogenized for chemiluminescence measurement; the femur, small intestine and testes were fixed in formalin solution, embedded, and sectioned for HE staining under an optical microscope. Count apoptotic cells. [Results] (1) Absolute values of peripheral blood lymphocytes in curcumin group and PTC group were significantly higher than those in irradiated control group (P<0.05), and there was no significant difference between leukocytes in each group; (2) Chemiluminescence value showed that The curcumin and PTC groups were significantly lower than the irradiated group (P<0.05); (3) The number of apoptotic cells in the bone marrow, small intestine, and testis of the curcumin group, PTC group, and aloe group was significantly lower than that of the irradiated control group. (P<0. 0 1). [Conclusion] The three drugs have certain protective effect on γ-ray external irradiation damage. Among them, curcumin and PTC have better anti-irrigation effect
