“双肩挑”干部是中国情境下高校管理队伍的一种特有现象,它在一定程度上缓解了我国高校管理干部数量相对不足的问题,为我国高等教育事业的发展做出了积极的贡献。但是,“双肩挑”模式有其不可规避的矛盾和问题,“双肩挑”——路在何方?文章对“双肩挑”模式的干部选拔任用机制之利弊进行了客观的分析,并据此提出优化和改进“双肩挑”模式的对策和建议。
The “double shoulder” cadre is a peculiar phenomenon of college management team in China. It relieves the relative shortage of management cadres in colleges and universities to a certain extent and makes a positive contribution to the development of higher education in our country. However, there are inevitable contradictions and problems in “double shoulders pick” mode. Where is the way of “double pick”? The article objectively analyzes the pros and cons of selecting and appointing cadres in the mode of “double shoulder pick” Based on this, the countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing and improving “double shoulders ” mode are proposed.
