目的充分认识改善医患关系的必要性,加强医患沟通,建立良好的人际关系。方法随机抽取本院在2009~2012年期间收治的92例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,将本组患者平均分为两组,对照组和观察组,对照组例行常规治疗,观察组则要在此基础上,加强医患沟通,改善医患关系,针对两组患者治疗后满意度进行评价分析。结果对照组对治疗结果满意度为65.2%,观察组治疗满意度为97.8%,其满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,即P<0.05。结论做好与患者及家属的沟通,有利于医患关系的改善,才能更好地满足患者的需求,促进患者快速康复,避免不必要的纠纷,更好地服务于社会。
Objective To fully understand the need to improve the doctor-patient relationship, strengthen communication between doctors and patients, and establish good interpersonal relationships. Methods A total of 92 patients admitted to our hospital from 2009 to 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients in this study were divided into two groups equally: the control group and the observation group. The control group was routinely treated and the observation group On this basis, to strengthen communication between doctors and patients, to improve the doctor-patient relationship, and to evaluate and analyze the satisfaction of the two groups after treatment. Results The satisfaction rate of the control group was 65.2% and the satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.8%. The satisfaction of the control group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Good communication with patients and their families is conducive to the improvement of the relationship between doctors and patients to better meet the needs of patients and promote rapid recovery of patients to avoid unnecessary disputes and better serve the community.
