本文用耳蜗电图方法研究我国人听觉系统老化过程。用银丝电极置近鼓环的外耳道底壁引导耳蜗电图,检查无自觉耳聋的22~78岁健康成人54人(96耳)。短声,4KHz及8KHz短纯音刺激引起的耳蜗电图AP(N_1)阈值均随年龄增加逐渐升高,达50岁后与20岁组差异显著,AP(N_1)波幅,随年龄增加逐渐减小,50后与20组差异显著,但4KH_2短纯音则须达60岁。2KHz短纯音引起的CM波幅亦随年龄增加逐渐减小,60岁后与20岁组差异显著。短声引起的AP(N_1)潜伏期随年龄增加逐渐延长,70岁后与20岁组差异显著。
This article uses the method of cochlear electrocautery to study the aging process of human auditory system in China. A silver electrode was used to guide the electrocautery on the bottom wall of the external ear canal near the drum ring to examine 54 healthy adults (96 ears) aged 22-78 years without any deafness. Short-tone, 4KHz and 8KHz short pure tone stimulus-induced electrocorticogram AP (N_1) threshold increased gradually with age, up to 50 years old and 20 years old group significant difference, AP (N_1) amplitude, with increasing age decreased , After 50 and 20 groups significant difference, but 4KH_2 short pure tone must reach 60 years old. The amplitude of CM caused by 2KHz short pure tone also decreased gradually with the increase of age, and the difference was significant after 60 years old and 20 years old group. The latency of AP (N 1) caused by short sound gradually extended with age, and the difference was significant after age 70 and 20 years.
