目的:探讨小剂量三氯化钐( Sm Cl3),三氯化镨( Pr Cl3)对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞( P M )形态结构及功能的影响。方法:选用雄性昆明小鼠,分别腹腔注射给予 005 m g·kg- 1,05 m g·kg- 1 Sm Cl3和 Pr Cl3,连续7 d。采用定量酶细胞化学、凝集素亲合细胞化学、透射电镜、扫描电镜及吞噬实验观察 P M 的结构和功能变化。结果:两种剂量 Sm Cl3 、 Pr Cl3 均使 P M 的酸性磷酸酶( A C P)、α醋酸萘酚酯酶( A N A E)含量明显增加;刀豆蛋白 A 受体( Con A R)数目增多,吞噬中性红能力增强。电镜下 P M 胞质内溶酶体增多,表面皱褶及微绒毛增多。结论:小剂量 Sm Cl3、 Pr Cl3 对小鼠 P M 的形态结构和功能有明显的促进作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of small doses of SmCl3 and Pr Cl3 on the morphology and function of mouse peritoneal macrophages (PM). Methods: Male Kunming mice were selected and injected with 005 mg · kg-1, 1.05 mg · kg-1 SmCl3 and Pr Cl3 respectively for 7 consecutive days. The structure and function of P M were observed by quantitative enzyme cytochemistry, lectin affinity cytochemistry, transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and phagocytosis. Results: Both SmCl3 and Pr Cl3 significantly increased the contents of acid phosphatase (P C) and α-Naphthol esterase (A N A E) in P M, Con A R) increased the number of phagocytic neutral red enhanced. Electron microscopy P M cytoplasmic lysosome increased surface folds and microvilli increased. Conclusion: Small doses of Sm Cl3 and Pr Cl3 can obviously promote the morphological structure and function of P M in mice.
