目的分析某部队肠道传染病发病季节性规律,为制定控制措施提供科学依据。方法对上报军区疾控中心的肠道传染病报告卡、肠道传染病疫情处理的调查报告等资料整理统计分析,并用圆形分布法推算肠道传染病的发病时间规律。结果 10年来某部肠道传染病发病逐年下降,共报告肠道传染病1093例,占传染病总发病数的27.24%。发病以细菌性痢疾、感染性腹泻、甲型肝炎、戊型肝炎、伤寒为主;共发生肠道传染病疫情6起,其中细菌性痢疾3起、伤寒2起、感染性腹泻1起。肠道传染病发病高峰日为7月26日,高峰期在5月13日~10月6日。结论肠道传染病近年发病虽然逐年减少,但对部队的危害仍然十分严重,应根据其发病高峰期采取相应的防治措施,以有效降低发病率。
Objective To analyze the seasonal pattern of the onset of intestinal infectious diseases in a certain unit and provide a scientific basis for the formulation of control measures. Methods The data of intestinal infectious disease report card reported by the CDC of the Military Command, the investigation report of the epidemic situation of intestinal infectious diseases, etc. were collected and statistically analyzed, and the incidence of intestinal infectious diseases was estimated by the circular distribution method. Results The incidence of some intestinal infectious diseases decreased year by year in 10 years. A total of 1093 cases of intestinal infectious diseases were reported, accounting for 27.24% of the total number of infectious diseases. The incidence of bacterial diarrhea, infectious diarrhea, hepatitis A, hepatitis E, typhoid-based; a total of 6 cases of intestinal infectious diseases, including 3 cases of bacterial diarrhea, typhoid fever 2, infectious diarrhea 1 case. The peak incidence of intestinal infectious disease on July 26, the peak in the May 13 to October 6. Conclusions Although the incidence of intestinal infectious diseases has been decreasing year by year, the harm to the troops is still very serious. Corresponding prevention and control measures should be taken according to the peak incidence of the disease so as to effectively reduce the incidence.
