对１１例经膀胱前列腺摘除术后再次手术患者进行了分析。发现主要原因是术后出血及排尿困难，并对造成其出血和排尿困难的原因和预防措施进行了讨论。
Eleven patients who underwent reoperation after bladder prostatectomy were analyzed. The main reason was found to be postoperative bleeding and dysuria, and the reasons and preventive measures that caused the bleeding and dysuria were discussed.
