南阳油田缓速酸酸化技术研究及应用

针对南阳油田储层特征,研究了以有机酸和含氟盐为主要成份的缓速酸RA;其中主体酸为多元酸的混合物,在地层条件下可进行一级、二级电离(pka<6)。室内试验表明:RA缓速酸体系具有较强的溶蚀能力和缓速性能,其腐蚀性低;现场实施效果表明:RA缓速酸体系能够较好解除南阳油田注水井堵塞,有效提高注水能力,达到了深部酸化的目的,对重复酸化井也有很好的效果,使酸化井长期处于正常增注阶段。 According to the reservoir characteristics of Nanyang Oilfield, we studied the retarding acid RA with organic acids and fluorine-containing salts as the main components. The main acid was a mixture of polybasic acids, which could be first- and second-order ionization (pka <6 ). The laboratory tests showed that the RA retarded acid system has strong corrosion and retarding properties and low corrosion rate. The field implementation results show that the RA retarded acid system can well block the injection well of Nanyang Oilfield and effectively increase the water injection capacity, For the purpose of deep acidification, the well also has good effect on repeated acidification wells so that the acidizing well will be in the normal replenishment phase for a long time.
