基于平行玻璃板阵列的二极管激光线阵光束整形

二维轴向光束质量的不均衡是二极管激光线阵应用的最大瓶颈,但利用光束整形技术可加以改善。基于平行玻璃板对光束的偏移作用,设计一种以线阵中独立发光单元作为整形对象的平行玻璃板阵列光束整形方法,可减小整形中慢轴光束能量损失,实现二维轴向光束质量的高效率调整。针对12个发光单元的短二极管激光线阵开展验证实验,结果表明,整形效果符合模拟结果,整形效率达93.62%。 The unbalanced two-dimensional axial beam quality is the biggest bottleneck in the application of diode laser array, but can be improved by using beam shaping technology. Based on the shift of the parallel glass plates to the light beam, a parallel glass plate beam shaping method using independent light-emitting units in a linear array as a shaping object is designed to reduce the energy loss of the slow axis beam in shaping and realize a two-dimensional axial beam High-quality adjustment. Aiming at the short diode laser array of 12 light-emitting units, the verification experiment is carried out. The results show that the shaping effect accords with the simulation result and the shaping efficiency reaches 93.62%.
