从“戏曲节奏慢”谈起“节奏太慢!”这是戏曲在当代普遍受到指责乃至被否定的一个要害问题。如何看待?又如何改进?确实值得深思与深究。我想先简略地谈几点看法。其一,人们主要是从现代生活节奏快了而感到戏曲节奏慢了。这涉及到节奏与时代的关系。这也是一种辩证关系。现代化生活节奏的加快,理所当然地要求戏曲适应生活节奏和观众欣赏心理的变化。但并不能简单地笼统地认为时代的生活节奏越快,所有艺术的节奏也是越快越好,只要一味加快即可奏效。有时候紧张的生活节
