根据我国目前农业工程信息基础设施现状和农业工程学科专业面广、信息量大的特点，提出建设农业工程系统“信息高速公路”的必要性和紧迫性。并进一步探讨了建设农业工程系统“信息高速公路”的指导思想和应注意的问题。最后提出了全国农业工程系统信息网络的设计原则及网络总体构成图。
According to the current situation of agricultural engineering information infrastructure in our country and the wide range of agricultural engineering disciplines and large amount of information, this paper proposes the necessity and urgency of constructing “Information Superhighway” of agricultural engineering system. And further explored the guiding ideology and issues that should be paid attention to in building “Information Superhighway” of agricultural engineering system. Finally, the design principles of national agricultural engineering system information network and the overall composition of network are put forward.
