JA型缝纫机挑线机构中挑线凸轮曲线的好坏不但影响线迹的质量,而且影响机器的噪声和振动。过去,挑线凸轮曲线由于没有计算的理论和方法,国内各缝纫机制造厂多系测绘仿造,从而影响产品质量进一步地提高。本文提出挑线凸轮曲线理论计算法的根据和方法,以揭示凸轮曲线的来源。本文同时阐明任何挑线机构设计的理论基础是面线消费图,但是,若直接按照面线消费图上的曲线设计凸轮曲线,虽然能满足供线量的供求,但噪声、振动指标可能很差。据此,在满足供线量的供求下,本文提出用十分逼近面线消费图的多项式曲线代替面线消费图曲线,以减少噪声和振动。

This paper also clarifies that the theoretical basis of any thread take-up mechanism design is the face line consumer figure. However, if the cam curve is designed directly according to the curve on the face line consumer figure, although the supply and demand for the thread supply can be satisfied, the noise and vibration indicators may be poor . Therefore, in order to meet the supply and demand of supply, this paper proposes to replace the curve of top-line consumer figure with a polynomial curve that is very close to the top-line consumer figure to reduce the noise and vibration.
