为了贯彻落实毛主席、周总理和华主席、李副主席关于质量问题的重要指示,把行业产品质量尽快搞上去,凿岩机械与风动工具行业于1978年1月5日至12日在昆明市召开了提高产品质量经验交流会。参加会议的共有32个单位67名代表;不少厂派出了党委、革委会的主要负责同志或质量管理部门的主要负责人参加这次会议,充分证明质量问题已经引起行业各厂普遍重视。会议坚持无产阶级政治挂帅,在认真学习和对四人帮推行修正主义极右路线,疯狂破坏企业管理、破坏质量管理,造成产品质量严重下降等罪行开展了革命大批判的基础上,交流了各厂在粉碎了四人帮以后企业所发生的深刻的革命性变化的事迹和提高产品设计、制造质量以及为矿山服务等经验。并且按照质量第一的原则讨论通过了“气腿式凿岩机质量分等规定”;委托通化风动工具厂、蚌埠风动工具厂、天津小型风动工具厂和宜春风动工具厂分别负责组织有关单位,参照“气腿式凿岩机质量分等规定”,于今年一季度制定出风铲、捣固机、风扳机和内燃凿岩机的质量分等规定,于二季度通过。现将会议讨论通过的“气腿式凿岩机质量分等规定”(报批稿)刊出,以达到宣传和在贯彻执行中起参照作用,尽快把行业产品质量搞上去之目的。今后应以一机部正式下达的文件为准。 In order to implement Chairman Mao, Premier Zhou and Chairman Hua, and Vice Chairman Li’s important instructions on quality issues, the quality of the industry’s products has been developed as quickly as possible. In accordance with the principle of quality first, we discussed and passed the “Quality Standards for Air Leg Rock Drilling Machines”; the entrusted Tonghua Pneumatic Tools Factory, Feng Feng Tools Factory, Tianjin Small Wind Tools Factory, and Yichun Pneumatic Tools Factory were responsible for organizing The unit, referring to the “Quality Regulation of Air Leg Rock Drilling Machines,” formulated the requirements for quality classification of wind shovels, tamping machines, air triggers, and internal combustion rock drills in the first quarter of this year, which was passed in the second quarter. The “Quality of Leg Air Rock Drilling Machine Regulations” (approval draft) will be issued for discussion and approval at the meeting.
