目的剖析急诊急救护理风险的因素与防范策略。方法对我科近期接收的急救患者80例进行护理风险的综合分析,以找出护理风险的形成因素并以此为依据向80例患者提供风险管理服务。比较风险管理前后患者的满意度。结果本组风险管理前的护理满意度为80.0%,风险管理后的护理满意度为98.75%。组间差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论将风险管理措施积极用于急诊急救患者的护理工作中,可有效规避护理风险,减少急诊科纠纷。
Objective To analyze the factors and preventive strategies of the emergency care risk in emergency department. Methods A total of 80 cases of emergency patients received in our department were analyzed comprehensively to find the risk factors and to provide risk management services to 80 patients. Compare patient satisfaction before and after risk management. Results The nursing satisfaction before risk management was 80.0% and the nursing satisfaction after risk management was 98.75%. The difference between the groups was statistically significant, P <0.05. Conclusion The risk management measures are actively used in the emergency care of patients with nursing work, which can effectively avoid the risk of nursing and reduce emergency department disputes.
