本文研究给小鼠腹腔注射含蛋氨酸的复方氨基酸液(AA_1)和低硫复方氨基酸液(AA_2)对小鼠肿瘤L_2生长影响的比较试验。4批实验表明,给AA_2液的小鼠平均瘤重各自为AA_1液组的61%,70%,71%和68%。小鼠自饮两种氨基酸液的结果亦相似。在Hela细胞体外微量培养,观察到添加蛋氨酸能使顺铂对Hela细胞的抑制率明显降低:在体内荷瘤小鼠3批实验也证明添加蛋氨酸能使阿霉素对小鼠L_2肿瘤的抑制率由59%51%和43%。降为19%28%和17%提示临床上应用顺铂和阿霉素治疗肿瘤病人时,不主张同时应用含蛋氨酸的复方氨基酸液,以免影响抗癌药物疗效
In this study, we compared the effects of intraperitoneal injection of methionine-containing compound amino acid (AA_1) and low-sulfur compound amino acid (AA_2) on the growth of tumor L2 in mice. Four batches of experiments showed that the average tumor weight of mice given AA2 fluid was 61%, 70%, 71% and 68%, respectively, of the AA_1 fluid group. The results from mice drinking two amino acids were also similar. In microculture of Hela cells in vitro, it was observed that the addition of methionine can significantly reduce the inhibition rate of cisplatin on HeLa cells: In vivo experiments with tumor-bearing mice also proved that the addition of methionine can increase the inhibition rate of doxorubicin in mice with L2 tumors. From 59% to 51% and 43%. Decreased to 19%, 28% and 17%, suggesting that cisplatin and doxorubicin are used clinically to treat cancer patients, it is not advisable to use methionine-containing compound amino acid fluids at the same time so as not to affect the efficacy of anticancer drugs.
