以大型水轮发电机热变形及冷却技术研究为背景 ,进行了大型水轮发电机转子三维温度场及电机通风系统的综合计算研究。以往在进行大型水轮发电机发热分析时 ,都是孤立地求解温度场 ,而很少考虑热源及通风结构与温度及其分布之间的相互影响。文中采用一种综合算法 ,将电机通风发热联系起来。该研究工作对于提高电机设计制造中材料利用率以及电机运行中的可靠性 ,具有重要意义。
Based on the research on the thermal deformation and cooling technology of large hydrogenerator, the comprehensive calculation and research on the three-dimensional temperature field and the motor ventilation system of large hydrogenerator rotor are carried out. In the past, large-scale hydropower generators were used to analyze the temperature field in isolation, with little consideration for the interaction between heat source and ventilation structure and temperature and its distribution. The article uses a comprehensive algorithm, the motor ventilation and heat linked. The research work is of great significance to improve the material utilization in the design and manufacture of the motor and the reliability of the motor operation.
