为研究卫氏并殖吸虫感染终宿主的途径,作者给各种动物经口感染20~1,800个后囊蚴,感染后2~331天解剖检查,观察感染状况及虫体发育,结果如下: 对狗和猫的感染率高,大多在感染40天后,虫体在肺泡内均能充分发育,成虫收获率分别为81.9%和96.0%。对非固有宿主,例如猪、野猪、大鼠、小鼠、田鼠、豚鼠、家兔和母鸡的成虫收获率也相当高(22.6~58.3%)。
In order to study the pathways of Paragonimus westermani infection of the final host, the authors orally infected 20 ~ 1,800 posterior metacercariae of various animals, dissected 2 to 331 days after infection and observed the infection status and development of the worms. The results are as follows: Infection rates of dogs and cats were high, most of which were well developed in the alveoli after 40 days of infection. The adult harvest rates were 81.9% and 96.0% respectively. Harvest rates were also high for non-native hosts such as pigs, wild boars, rats, mice, voles, guinea pigs, rabbits and hens (22.6-58.3%).
