目的:研究粘帚霉属( Gliocladium)的一种真菌( 简称F菌) 培养过程中产生的化学成分。方法:用甲醇等有机溶剂提取,硅胶柱层析分离,根据理化性质及MS,FAB和NMR 等光谱数据确定其结构。结果:分得6 种成分,确定它们为:棕榈酸(Ⅰ) ;5,5′一双取代氧甲基呋喃醛( Ⅱ) ;麦角甾醇(Ⅲ) ;6 ,22二烯5,8过氧麦角甾3醇( Ⅳ);棕榈酸甘油酯( Ⅴ);D甘露醇(Ⅵ)。结论:化合物(Ⅱ) 和( Ⅳ) 为首次从粘帚霉属真菌中得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents produced during the cultivation of a fungal strain of Gliocladium (F). Methods: The extracts were extracted with methanol and other organic solvents and separated by silica gel column chromatography. Their structures were confirmed by physicochemical properties and spectral data such as MS, FAB and NMR. Results: 6 components were identified and identified as: palmitic acid (I); 5,5′-disubstituted oxomethylfurfural (II); ergosterol (III); 6, 22-diene 5,8 Peroxoergic glycerol 3 (IV); palmitate (V); D mannitol (VI). Conclusions: Compounds (II) and (IV) were first obtained from Gliocladium spp.
