阅读了本刊1980年第1期封3刊登的读者来信“胃蛋白酶合剂与它药的配伍禁忌问题”之后,我们觉得作者对有的问题的论述是不够妥当的,特提出进行讨论。作者在阐述颠茄合剂不宜与胃蛋白酶合剂配伍应用的理由时写到:“颠茄合剂中含有颠茄酊和复方樟脑酊,可用于平滑肌痉挛,并可减少胃液分泌。二种酊剂都含有生物碱,可能中和胃蛋白酶合剂中的盐酸,因此颠茄合剂和胃蛋白酶(可能漏了”合剂“两字)合用,既可使胃蛋白酶的活性降低,又会影响颠茄合剂的治疗效果”。在这里作者认为是由于颠茄合剂中所含的颠茄酊、复方樟脑酊(主要含阿片)中的生物碱的碱性中和了胃蛋白酶合剂中的盐酸,而发生了酸碱禁
After reading the letter from our readers in Issue 1, Issue 1, 1980, “The Taboo on the Compatibility of Pepsin with Its Drugs,” we think it is not proper enough for the author to discuss some of the problems, especially for discussion. The authors elaborate on the reasons why belladonna preparations should not be used in combination with pepsin preparations: “The belladonna preparations contain belladonna tincture and compound camphor tincture, which can be used for smooth muscle spasms and reduce the secretion of gastric juice. Both tinctures contain Alkaloids, and pepsin may be neutralized hydrochloric acid mixture, so the mixture of belladonna and pepsin (which may be leaked ”Mixture “ two words) can not only reduce the activity of pepsin, but also affect the mixture of belladonna treatment effect”.
