从2000年9月起,成都市各中小学校普遍推行了全员聘任制。教职工岗位终身制被打破,学校对教职工实行一年一聘的制度。成都市教育局协同人事劳动部门制定了完善而细致的《教师聘任制暂行办法》,规定了聘任、缓聘、不予聘任的条件以及教职工拒聘、辞聘的有关规定。各校按照市(区、县)教育行政部门的要求,按以下步骤对教师实行聘任:1.教职工申请、述职、竞岗;
Since September 2000, all primary and secondary schools in Chengdu have generally implemented a full-time appointment system. The life tenure of the staff is broken. The school implements a one-year employment system for staff. The Chengdu Municipal Education Bureau, in collaboration with the personnel and labor department, has formulated a comprehensive and meticulous “Provisional Measures for the appointment of teachers”, which stipulates the conditions for appointment, suspension, non-appointment, and stipulations on the hiring and resignation of staff. According to the requirements of the education administrative department of the city (district, county), the schools follow the following steps to implement the appointment of teachers: 1. Staff members apply, report their jobs, and compete for posts;
