用100mg/L人参多糖、人参皂甙、羧甲基茯苓多糖、云芝糖肽及10mg/L刺五加多糖对人淋巴细胞在NDV或PHA刺激下所产生的IFN-α或IFN-γ的效价均比常规诱生组高5~7倍,是理想的干扰素促诱生剂,为上述中药的抗感染、抗肿瘤和免疫调节药效机理从分子水平上提供了实验依据。
