选择150只健康SD妊娠大鼠,均于妊娠D4~D20天仿Younoszai法制备胎儿宫内生长迟缓模型。按治疗药物随机分为6组。观察复方氨基酸和青心酮的疗效。结果:(1)模型组的胎仔平均体重、身长和肝重量都明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。胎仔发育参数各用药组与模型组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。各用药组之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。(2)孕鼠血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积(Ht)水平在模型组明显高于其它5组(P<0.01),各用药组之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。各组胎仔平均体重与母血Hb、Ht呈负相关。(3)孕鼠血浆E3,6-keto-PGF1a水平模型组明显低于其它5组(P<0.01),而TXB2无明显改变,TXB2/6-keto-pGF1a比值模型组明显高于其它5组(P<0.01)。结果说明青心酮治疗胎儿宫内生长迟缓的药效与其调整TXA2-PGI2失衡有关。
150 healthy SD pregnant rats were selected and weighed the model of intrauterine growth retardation by Younoszai method from D4 to D20 of gestation. According to the treatment of drugs were randomly divided into 6 groups. Observed the efficacy of compound amino acids and monostereone. Results: (1) The average body weight, body length and liver weight of the model group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.01). The fetal development parameters of each drug group and the model group were significantly different (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between each treatment group (P> 0.05). (2) The levels of hemoglobin (Hb) and hematocrit (Ht) in pregnant rats were significantly higher in the model group than in the other five groups (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The average weight of each group of fetuses and maternal blood Hb, Ht was negatively correlated. (3) The levels of plasma E3,6-keto-PGF1a in pregnant rats were significantly lower than those in the other five groups (P <0.01), but not in TXB2 / 6-keto-pGF1a model group 5 groups (P <0.01). The results show that green heart ketone treatment of fetal growth retardation efficacy and its adjustment TXA2-PGI2 imbalance.
