目的:观察2%戊二醛对口腔印模的消毒效果。方法:制备标准口腔印模60件,采用无菌棉拭子蘸取含有金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、白色念珠菌及变异链球菌的菌液,以及含有乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)的溶液,均匀涂布于口腔印模表面,各涂布30件,每组10件,共分为6组。将污染后的6组口腔印模放入2%戊二醛溶液中,浸泡5min、10min、15min后取出,进行细菌检验和乙肝病毒DNA(HBV-DNA)检测。观察2%戊二醛对口腔印模的消毒效果及对HBsAg的灭活效果。结果:污染细菌的口腔印模30件,经2%戊二醛浸泡口腔印模5min以上,可有效杀灭印模表面金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、大肠杆菌、变异链球菌等病原菌(KL≥3.00),达到了消毒技术规范中高效消毒剂的消毒效果要求;污染HBsAg血清的口腔印模30件,经2%戊二醛浸泡消毒后检测,HBsAg转阴率100%。结论:2%戊二醛可作为一种有效的口腔印模消毒剂。
Objective: To observe the disinfection effect of 2% glutaraldehyde on oral impressions. Methods: Sixty standard oral impressions were prepared. A sterile cotton swab was used to digest bacteria solution containing Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans and Streptococcus mutans, as well as a solution containing hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) , Evenly coated on the surface of the oral impression, the coating 30, each 10, divided into 6 groups. The contaminated 6 groups of oral impressions were placed in 2% glutaraldehyde solution, soaked for 5min, 10min, 15min after removal, for bacterial testing and detection of hepatitis B virus DNA (HBV-DNA). To observe the disinfection effect of 2% glutaraldehyde on oral impressions and the inactivation of HBsAg. Results: 30 oral impressions of contaminated bacteria were stained with 2% glutaraldehyde for 5 min, which could effectively kill pathogens such as Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans, Escherichia coli and Streptococcus mutans (KL ≥3.00), reached the disinfection efficiency requirements of disinfectant technical specifications; oral contaminated HBsAg serum 30, 2% glutaraldehyde disinfection after testing, HBsAg negative rate of 100%. Conclusion: 2% glutaraldehyde can be used as an effective oral impression disinfectant.
