用甘薯等天然淀粉为基料，制成全降解、无毒、无害的绿色包装物和农用地膜的生产技术，目前在国内外都进行了大量的研究和开发，并已取得可喜的进展。采用这种全降解、淀粉发泡技术生产的一次性餐具和杯、碗、盘、碟等用品，回收后可制成肥料和饲料，丢弃后６０天内可完全降解
Using natural starch such as sweet potato as the base material, the production technology of fully degradable, non-toxic and harmless green packaging and agricultural film has been developed. At present, a great deal of research and development has been carried out both at home and abroad and remarkable progress has been made. The disposable tableware and cups, bowls, plates, dishes and other supplies produced by using this full degradation and starch foaming technology can be made into fertilizer and feedstuff after recycling, and can be completely degraded within 60 days after being discarded
