目的:检测贵州不同产区夜寒苏挥发油的含量,并建立测定夜寒苏挥发油中桉油精含量的气相色谱方法,为黔产夜寒苏的质量评价提供理论依据。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法对夜寒苏药材进行挥发油的提取,用GC法对夜寒苏中所提取的桉油精进行含量测定。结果:贵州不同产区夜寒苏挥发油及桉油精含量差别较大;桉油精在0.157~5.025mg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r>0.999 8),平均加样回收率(n=6)为100.27%,RSD=2.11%。结论:该方法能够简便、准确、快速测定夜寒苏中挥发油和挥发油中桉油精的含量,可作为黔产夜寒苏的质量评价依据。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of the essential oil of Noctiluca radosylate in different regions of Guizhou and to establish a gas chromatographic method for the determination of the content of Nocissus nigra in the volatile oil of Nocturna barbata. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted from Radix Cynanchi Paniculata by steam distillation. The content of cineole extracted by Radix Cynanchi panniculata was determined by GC. Results: The contents of volatile oil and eucalyptol were different in different regions of Guizhou. The eucalyptol showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.157-5.025 mg (r> 0.999 8), the average recovery (n = 6) was 100.27%, RSD = 2.11%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and rapid determination of Eucalyptol in the volatile oil and volatile oil content, which can be used as the basis for the quality assessment of the winter frost in Guizhou.
