小菜蛾己成为十字花科的主要害虫。由于施药频繁,抗药性剧增,因此防治小菜蛾寻找新的途径,迫在眉捷。于1983年底开展了小菜蛾信息应用于测报和大田防治的研究。经两年来的试验表明,应用小菜蛾性信息素进行测报,减少了盲目用药,节约了大量的农药钱(见附表),取得了相当理想的效果,建议在小菜蛾发生较多的蔬菜区推广应用。在大田防治方面也有一定效果,须与化防结合,作为综防的手段之一。由于人们滥施农药,各种蔬菜害虫的抗药性剧增,小菜蛾尤甚,已成为十字花科蔬菜的主要害虫,生产防治上造成10~15天用药一次的频繁局面,严重污染了环境,蔬菜上的农药残留,己引起人们的深切关注。于1983年底广东省昆虫研究所和北京动物所,广州市微生物研究所合作,开展了小菜蛾性信息素应用于预测预报和大田防治的研究。
