以负半径滚子从动件盘形凸轮机构为研究对象,通过建立通用运动学条件模型,得到了关于该类直动、摆动从动件凸轮机构滚子作纯滚动的运动学条件。通过分别对从动件内、外圈进行力学分析,得到了关于直动、摆动负半径滚子从动件凸轮机构更具真实结构特点的滚子作纯滚动的力学条件。
Taking the disc cam mechanism with negative radius roller follower as the research object, the kinematics conditions of the roller with pure rolling of the cam mechanism with direct and oscillating follower are obtained by establishing general kinematic condition model. By analyzing the inner and outer rings of the follower respectively, the mechanics conditions of pure rolling of the roller with the more true structure of the negative driven roller and the negative radius roller driven cam are obtained.
