1 临床资料5例均因腰腿痛,服川乌,草乌白酒浸泡液,服后不久即感口角麻木,迅速波及四肢及全身、头痛、头晕、视力模糊,胸闷,抽搐,流涎,恶心,呕吐,言语不清,四肢发凉,心律不齐。心电图示,窦性伴多源性频发性室性早搏(呈二联4例)。5例均系急诊,立即用1/5000高锰酸钾液洗胃,然后灌注硫酸镁30克导泻,静脉输液给予维生素 C,能量合剂,电解质等支持疗法。心动过缓者给予阿托品0.5～1mg 肌注,每4小时一次。有休克者
