本文报道了互为参比标准同时测定混合液中邻、对位羟基苯甲醛的实验方法。此法可同时测定混合液中4.8~64.0μg/mL的水杨醛和1.2~16.8μg/mL的对羟基苯甲醛;方法的相对标准偏差小于3.7%,回收率为98~104%;样品中水杨醛与对羟基苯甲醛的质量比可达4~50。该法已成功地应用于R-T反应液中邻、对位羟基苯甲醛的测定。
In this paper, the experimental methods for the simultaneous and simultaneous determination of o-and p-hydroxybenzaldehydes in liquid mixtures were reported. The method can simultaneously determine 4.8 ~ 64.0μg / mL salicylaldehyde and 1.2 ~ 16.8μg / mL p-hydroxybenzaldehyde in the mixture; the relative standard deviation of the method is less than 3.7% and the recovery rate is 98 ~ 104% Salicylaldehyde and p-hydroxybenzaldehyde mass ratio up to 4 ~ 50.
