通过在酸性、中性及碱性土壤中埋设试件的方法,研究了1Cr13不锈钢分别经过1年、3年、5年这三种试验周期后的腐蚀行为特征。结果表明,1Cr13不锈钢在酸性及中性土壤中腐蚀轻微;在高盐碱性土壤中腐蚀严重,而且以点蚀为主。土壤中Cl-及SO2-4是影响1Cr13不锈钢腐蚀行为的最主要因素,随着土壤中Cl-及SO2-4增多,1Cr13不锈钢的腐蚀失重近似线性增大。
The corrosion behavior of 1Cr13 stainless steel after three years of testing (1 year, 3 years and 5 years respectively) was investigated by embedding specimens in acidic, neutral and alkaline soils. The results showed that 1Cr13 stainless steel had slight corrosion in acidic and neutral soil, severe corrosion in high saline soil and pitting corrosion. Cl- and SO2-4 in the soil are the most important factors affecting the corrosion behavior of 1Cr13 stainless steel. With the increase of Cl- and SO2-4 in the soil, the corrosion loss of 1Cr13 stainless steel increases approximately linearly.
