为了更有效地开发我国丰富的地震信息资源,促进地震预报定量化、实用化,作者提出了建立地震预报信息系统工程的设想。本文论述了它的作用和基本结构,讨论了系统整体性原则。根据几年来的探索,提出了地震预报信息系统工程的一个子系统——“地震前兆信息识别树”,它能在机理不甚清楚和多种干扰因素存在的情况下,通过异常与正常、群体异常、群落异常三个层次的系统分析,获得越来越高的系统增益,从而在一定程度上提高地震前兆信息的可靠性。
In order to develop our country’s rich earthquake information resources more effectively and to promote the quantification and practicality of earthquake prediction, the author proposes to establish the earthquake prediction information system project. This article discusses its role and basic structure, and discusses the principle of system integrity. According to several years of exploration, a subsystem of earthquake prediction information system engineering - “Earthquake Precursor Information Recognition Tree” was put forward. Through the mechanism of unclear mechanism and many kinds of interference factors, Anomalies and abnormal community anomalies, the higher and higher system gain is obtained, which improves the reliability of earthquake precursory information to a certain extent.
