通过轨枕混凝土的病害机理分析,从改进生产工艺和优化混凝土配合比两方面提出了改善混凝土轨枕耐久性的基本设计思路。采用复合外加剂和较大掺量掺合料配制的混凝土,能大幅度提高混凝土的抗氯离子渗透和抗盐结晶腐蚀性能,并使轨枕的静载抗裂和抗疲劳性能有所提高。
Through the analysis of the disease mechanism of sleeper concrete, the basic design idea of improving the durability of concrete sleeper is proposed from two aspects: improving the production technology and optimizing the mix proportion of concrete. The use of composite admixture and a larger amount of admixture formulated concrete, can greatly improve the concrete resistance to chloride ion penetration and salt corrosion resistance, and the sleeper static load crack resistance and fatigue resistance has improved.
