目的:考察阳离子交换树脂不同洗脱溶剂纯化长春花中文多灵和长春质碱的效果,优选最佳工艺条件。方法:采用LSD-001大孔型阳离子交换树脂对长春花中文多灵和长春质碱进行纯化,以两种生物碱含量为指标,考察以氨水、氨性乙醇、酸水、酸性乙醇、盐醇为洗脱剂纯化两种生物碱的效果。结果:经过优选,离子交换树脂的最佳洗脱条件为:以80%乙醇(含1%氯化钠)洗脱剂洗脱时,两种生物碱的洗脱率最高。结论:优选得到的工艺纯化长春花中文多灵和长春质碱效果好,节省溶剂,工艺简单,可用于长春花中两种生物碱的分离纯化。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of different ion exchange resins and different elution solvents on purification of vinblastine and vinblastine in Catharanthus roseus, and optimize the optimum technological conditions. Methods: The polygalacturon and vincamine were purified by LSD-001 macroporous cation exchange resin. The contents of two alkaloids were used as indexes to study the effects of ammonia, ammonia, acid water, acidic ethanol, Purification of two alkaloids for eluant. Results: The optimal elution conditions of ion exchange resin were as follows: the elution rate of the two alkaloids was the highest when it was eluted with 80% ethanol (containing 1% sodium chloride). CONCLUSION: The optimized process of purifying Vincatilin and Vinblastine has good effect, saving solvent, simple process, and can be used for the separation and purification of two alkaloids in Vinca.
