为观察胰岛素样生长因子_Ⅰ (IGF_Ⅰ )在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)急性期和恢复期血液中水平的变化 ,并探讨其在HIE发病机制中的作用 ,用放射免疫分析法 (RIA)测定25例正常对照组、25例HIE患儿急性期、恢复期血清IGF_Ⅰ水平。结果显示HIE急性期、恢复期与正常对照组血清IGF_Ⅰ水平相比差异有显著性(F=41.77 ,P<0.001) ,HIE急性期IGF_Ⅰ水平下降 ,恢复期上升 ;急性期HIE轻、中、重度组间IGF_Ⅰ水平比较差异有显著性 (H=9.16,P<0.05) ,病情越重 ,IGF_Ⅰ水平越低。提示IGF_Ⅰ在HIE的发病机制中具有重要作用 ,并可作为判断HIE病情的一项监测指标
To investigate the changes of blood levels of insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I) in acute and convalescent neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and to explore its role in the pathogenesis of HIE, using radioimmunoassay (RIA) was used to detect serum IGF-Ⅰlevels in 25 normal controls and 25 HIE children at acute and convalescent stages. The results showed that there was a significant difference (P = 0.001) between the level of serum IGF-Ⅰ and the level of IGF-Ⅰ in acute phase and convalescent phase of HIE, There was significant difference in the level of IGF-Ⅰ between the two groups (H = 9.16, P <0.05). The more severe the disease, the lower the level of IGF-Ⅰ. It is suggested that IGF_Ⅰ plays an important role in the pathogenesis of HIE and can be used as a monitoring indicator to judge the HIE condition
