案例 1994年3月,北京金桥咨询服务有限公司(以下简称金桥公司)成立,王某即在该公司工作,并与金桥公司签订了期限为1994年4月1日至2004年3月31日的劳动合同。2001年起,因市场发生变化,金桥公司经营出现严重困难,在征求了全体员工的意见后,金桥公司决定安排包括王某在内的大部分职工待岗,待岗期间发放北京市最低工资,并为职工缴纳社会保险费,期间职工可以在外进行兼职。金桥公司与王某虽未签订正式的待岗协议,但一直按照前述决定履行。
Case In March 1994, Beijing Golden Bridge Consulting Services Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jinqiao Company) was established.
