由于不同WebGIS业务系统类型存在建设周期长、开发成本高、维护困难等问题,本文提出设计并开发地理信息平台。文中讨论了平台的结构、功能以及实现的关键技术。在GIS平台上实现了空间数据的统一管理和共享;提供统一的接入标准和开放的应用框架,实现各经济社会业务系统的无缝集成与访问;能够利用其可视化配置技术根据业务需求快速搭建应用而无须大量开发,现在已实际应用于北京市经济社会地理信息系统等多个业务系统的开发,经受了考验,具有一定的推广价值。 Due to the long construction period, high development cost and difficulty of maintenance, the author proposes to design and develop the geographic information platform because of different WebGIS business system types.
