经化学研究,自9种鼠尾草属植物中获得各种多酚酸类化合物,其中11个成分为缩酚酸类化合物,其化学结构是由R(+)β(3,4二羟基苯基)乳酸和咖啡酸的衍生物或咖啡酸的二聚物酯化而成的。除了迷迭香酸和紫草酸以外,此类缩酚酸未曾从其它植物中分离得到,因此命名其为丹酚酸A,B,C,D,E,H,I,J和异丹酚酸C。丹酚酸F,G和甘肃鼠尾草酸A为新的多酚酸类化合物。药理实验结果说明这些多酚酸具有很强的抗氧化活性。对这些化合物的心、脑损伤保护作用亦进行了研究。
Through chemical research, a variety of polyphenolic compounds were obtained from 9 Salvia plants, 11 of which were depsitophenoids, and their chemical structures were determined by R (+) β (3, 4 Dihydroxyphenyl) lactic acid and caffeic acid derivatives or caffeic acid dimer esterification. With the exception of rosmarinic acid and lithospermic acid, such depsicidic acids have not been isolated from other plants and are therefore named as salvianolic acids A, B, C, D, E, H, I, J and isopoldolic acid. C. Salvianolic acid F, G and Gansu Sulfate A are novel polyphenolic compounds. Pharmacological experiments showed that these polyphenolic acids have a strong antioxidant activity. The protective effects of these compounds on the heart and brain were also studied.
