本文对全市24所医院1987～1990年计划生育终止妊娠手术70785例原因进行了分析,其中无措施25227例,占35.64%;未婚先孕21818例,占30.82%;带环怀孕8391例,占11.85%;脱环怀孕3875例.占5.48%;避孕失败9335例,占13.19%;其他2139例,占3.02%.通过分析,找出原因,供各级决策部门参考,以加强孕前管理,提高避孕效果,减少终止妊娠手术,保护妇女身心健康为目的.
This article analyzes the causes of pregnancy in 70,785 cases of pregnancy termination from 1987 to 1990 in 24 hospitals in the city, including 25,227 cases without measures (35.64%), 21818 cases with unmarried pregnancies (30.82%), 8391 cases with ring pregnancies (11.85%) %; De-loop pregnancy 3875 cases, accounting for 5.48%; 9335 cases of contraception failure, accounting for 13.19%; other 2139 cases, accounting for 3.02% .Analysis to identify the reasons for decision-making departments at all levels of reference to strengthen pre-pregnancy management and improve contraception Effect, reduce the termination of pregnancy surgery, women’s physical and mental health protection for the purpose.
