通过文献资料、调查访谈等方法,探讨新时期体育教师的角色定位及培养方案等与体育教师培养相关的内容。指出主要存在问题:各类院校人才培养目标大同小异,与社会需求产生结构性矛盾;生源质量专业性不强,培养过程没有突出运动专项;课程设置中学科与术科比例不合理;高等体育教育专业的师范性特点不突出等。提出:准确把握新时期体育教育专业培养目标,构建合理的课程体系;改革招生制度等建议。
Through literature, interview and other methods to explore the new era of physical education teachers’ role positioning and training programs and other related to the development of physical education teachers.
