在主从式微机控制系统的设计中 ,必须解决好主从机的通讯问题。文章提出了一种在 Windows环境下使用DELPHI4编程语言实现工控机与可编程序控制器进行串行通讯的方法——基于控件的冗余法 ,用在数控型精校机的控制系统中 ,且与其它两种通讯方法作了对比试验。试验结果表明 ,基于控件冗余法可提高串行通讯可靠性 10 %左右 ,满足了数控精校机控制系统对工控机与 PL C的通讯要求
In the master-slave microcomputer control system design, we must solve the communication problems between master and slave. This paper presents a method of serial communication between industrial computer and programmable logic controller using DELPHI4 programming language under the Windows environment. The control-based redundancy method is used in the control system of NC type fine computer. Compared with the other two methods of communication made a comparative test. The test results show that based on the control redundancy method, the reliability of serial communication can be increased by about 10%, which meets the requirements of NC NC machine control system for communication between IPC and PL C
