报道了用 CL-P_(570)萃淋树脂对钼、钨的吸附性能及从含大量钨少量钼溶液中分离钼的条件。实验结果表明,在 H_2SO_4体系中 pH_2左右,该树脂能有效地吸附钼,而钨有少量共吸附,被吸附的钼容易用2M NH_4Cl—2M NH_3·H_2O 缓冲液全部洗脱。钨钼混合液中加入 EDTA 能有效地阻止钨钼杂多酸离子的生成,有助于钨钼分离。分离后溶液中 Mo/WO_3比降到0.001%以下。本文提出了一种钨钼离子交换分离的新方法。
The adsorption properties of molybdenum and tungsten with CL-P_ (570) extraction resin and the conditions of molybdenum separation from a large amount of molybdenum solution containing tungsten were reported. The experimental results show that the resin can effectively adsorb molybdenum in H_2SO_4 system, while the tungsten has a small amount of co-adsorption. The adsorbed molybdenum is easily eluted with 2M NH_4Cl-2M NH_3 · H_2O buffer solution. The addition of EDTA to the mixture of tungsten and molybdenum can effectively prevent the formation of heteropoly acid ions of tungsten and molybdenum, and contribute to the separation of tungsten and molybdenum. After separation, the Mo / WO 3 ratio in the solution dropped below 0.001%. In this paper, a new method of tungsten-molybdenum ion exchange separation is proposed.
