目的:研究一种口腔修补用光固化纳米胶粘剂,并对其粘接力及影响因素进行表征。方法:首先采用红外光谱法确定了纳米粒子的改性结果,随后采用单因素试验法详细研究了胶粘剂体系各组分,包括基体树脂含量、引发剂含量及填料含量等对胶粘剂剥离力的影响。结果:在基体树脂含量为40%,光引发剂用量为1%,填料用量为30%时,可以获得综合性能较优的光固化胶粘剂体系。结论:光固化纳米胶黏剂是一种操作简便,具有良好粘结性能的材料。
OBJECTIVE: To study a light-curing nano-adhesive for oral repair, and to characterize its adhesion and influencing factors. Methods: Firstly, the modification results of the nanoparticles were determined by infrared spectroscopy. Then, the influence of various components of the adhesive system, including the content of the matrix resin, the initiator content and the filler content, on the peel force of the adhesive was studied in detail by single factor test. Results: In the case of 40% matrix resin, 1% photoinitiator and 30% filler, the photocuring adhesive system with better overall properties was obtained. Conclusion: Light-curing nano-adhesive is a kind of easy-to-use, good bonding material.
