改革和加强派出所工作,不仅要调整派出所的工作重点,明确民警工作责任,实行一区一警的警务形式,把管理和防范作为主要任务,更重要的是要建立起较为科学、合理和导向正确的考核激励机制,公正地评估民警的工作,奖优惩劣,把民警的积极性调动起来,完成各项任务,使派出所整体工作得到提高,管理和控制辖区的能力不断加强。可以说,落实民警工作责任制是改革和加强派出所工作的核心,而建立责任区民警考核办法,又是激励民警发挥主观能动性、创造性,把责任制落实到位的关键。下面就派出所责任区民警工作考核办法的建立浅谈一些个人的看法。
