“流水不腐,户枢不蠹”。用我国传统的武术太极拳项目来“以动养生,动静结合”,确是老龄人健身的极好选择。以我的亲身体会,它既能强身健体;又能使生活乐趣无穷。我干了大半辈子新闻工作,1994年满60周岁退休后,又有些新闻单位返聘我继续工作,业余还加班写点东西。可清楚我底细的人都知道,我35岁那年已患了高血压,之后又是冠心病、关节炎、肩周炎、慢性气管炎、坐骨神经疼共六种疾病加身,把我折磨得好苦。1988年,我结缘了
