目的了解目前医学中专生心理健康状况,探讨医学心理学教育对学生心理健康水平的影响。方法按分层整群抽样的方法设实验组与对照组,采用SCL-90症状自评量表进行比较。结果两组学生首测有14.2%的学生有明显心理问题,经系统完整的医学心理学—学习后的实验组学生再测结果显示各因子阳性均分有显著改变,与全国青少年常模组比较已无明显差异。结论通过医学心理学教育增强学生的心理防御机制和心理应对方式,对开展心理咨询工作及时消除心理障碍,提高学生整体心理健康水平有积极的作用。
Objective To understand the current state of mental health of medical students, to explore the impact of medical psychology education on students’ mental health. Methods According to stratified cluster sampling method, the experimental group and the control group were set up. SCL-90 Symptom Checklist 90 was used for comparison. Results There were obvious psychological problems in 14.2% of the students in the first two groups of students. The complete medical psychology - after the study, the retest results of the students in the experimental group showed that the positive mean scores of each factor changed significantly. Compared with the national adolescent norm group There is no significant difference. Conclusions Improving students ’psychological defense mechanism and psychological coping style through medical psychology education have a positive effect on psychological counseling in time to eliminate psychological barriers and improve students’ overall mental health.
