针对我国海铁联运网络的特征,考虑运输费用和运输时间两个目标,通过虚拟网络的构建将最优路径的选择问题转化为双目标的最短路问题,建立双目标的整数规划模型,并采用双目标的标签设置算法对问题进行求解.模拟计算结果表明,该算法可获得所有的帕累托最优路径,可为决策者提供科学全面的决策依据.
Aiming at the characteristics of China’s sea-rail combined transport network, we consider the two objectives of transport cost and transport time. Through the construction of virtual network, the optimal path selection problem is transformed into the shortest-path problem of two-objective. The dual-objective integer programming model is established and adopted The algorithm of double-target label setting solves the problem.The simulation results show that the algorithm can get all the Pareto optimal paths and can provide decision-makers with scientific and comprehensive decision-making basis.
